Shopping in Tirana
Shopping as a hobby is the newest Albanian import. In the last few years with an increase in the personal wealth of the population many new style shopping malls have started springing up both in the capital itself and its fringes. These have started becoming important gathering places for the locals who use the occasion of a day off for shopping, window shopping or simply having a coffee with friends. Most of the merchandise in the shops contained within this malls especially textiles and leather come from Italy and Greece. Apart from the shopping malls which are the most recent addition if you like a bargain than the open markets are what you are looking for. The “Tregu Cam” is the most noteworthy and it offers a variety of things from needles to personal or home decorating items.
Citypark shopping centre
Citypark Albania, the largest Shopping mall in the Balkans. In about 180 shops you will find the best brands in clothing, accessories, perfumes and everything related to cooking and home.
